The boys demonstrated their project on energy and electricity, showing how an electric circuit works. It’s always such an inspiration to have a visit from the primary children— a source of great excitement and curiosity for Cycle 1, particularly as we have children transitioning into Cycle 2 this term. Some of the 5 year olds are now doing projects to show the primary school children in Cycle 2. The Montessori multi-age classrooms make this type of sharing of knowledge possible and a valuable exchange for the children - led by the children (and not the teacher).
