ME is run by the Eastern Suburbs Montessori Association (ESMA), whose members are made up primarily of ME parents. The ESMA Council oversees the management and operation of the school. There is a full time Principal and part time Finance Manager who both report directly to the Council. The Council holds its Annual General Meeting in May each year.
